Auto Parts Industry to Become Hotspot of Overseas Acquisition by Chinese Enterprises
After the overseas acquisition implemented by Wanxiang Group there’s news on another overseas acquisition of auto parts enterprises from Huaxiang Group. According to analysis of professionals, auto parts industry will become the hotspot of overseas acquisition by Chinese enterprises. A large number of Chinese parts enterprises are considering export or trying to adopt the export mode, and some major parts groups have been on the way of multinational acquisition. Wanxiang, Fuyao, Huaxiang, Dongfeng representing Chinese parts enterprises will target their acquisition objectives at Delphi, Visteon and some other European and American parts enterprises that are currently in a hard period. The purpose is to enter the front rank of multinational parts and become OEM supplier in the overseas market in a quickly manner.
