World Biggest Industrial Gas Company and Sinopec Founded a Joint Venture in Shandong
A joint announcement recently made by Linde Group (the world biggest industrial gas producer and supplier and also a Fortune 500 company) together with China Sinopec revealed that both parties had officially founded Zi Bo Qilu BOC Gases Ltd. The new joint venture was co-founded by British BOC Company under Linde Group and Sinopec Qilu Company Ltd. with USD70m investment from both parties. It would produce 4000 tons of industrial gas such as oxygen, nitrogen, argon, etc. on daily basis. The responsible person from the Global Large Gas Supply Department of Linde Group said that the strength and potential of Shandong manufacturing was very exciting and there must be a wide prospect for industrial gas production, and as a result, the purpose of setting the biggest project of China in Shandong was to make it the No.1 industrial gas producer and supplier in China.
