Chinese Construction Sector Stably Accepted “Foreign Group”

After China has been the 143rd member of the WTO for five year, a latest statistics from the authority called people’s attention: so far there are 13 first rank real estate developers and 20 first rank property management enterprises invested by foreign fund; there are 1500 design and construction enterprises set up by foreign investors within the country. Investors from over 30 countries and areas around the world have established enterprises in China.
