Taiwan Evergreen Group Entered Logistics Market in West China
Recently Taiwan Evergreen Group and Chongqing General Trading Group officially signed a cooperation agreement for jointly establishing a modern logistics distribution center to provide value-added services of third-party logistics for General Trading Group and China western market. Both Parties will jointly establish Qing Rong Logistics Company to build and manage the new logistics distribution center. Chongqing General Trading Group holds 51% shares and Taiwan Evergreen Group has 49%. This is the first joint venture set up in West China by Evergreen Group. The logistics distribution center covers an area around 230 mu with estimated investment amount of RMB200m.
