On January 9, Europe's biggest direct-marketing cosmetics brand Oriflame officially announced its entry to China in Shanghai. Regions where Oriflame has been approved to engage in direct marketing are currently limited Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou, and products for direct marketing include 74 categories such as youth protective day cream. On top of direct marketing, Oriflame will enter areas like Shanghai, Chengdu and Guangzhou in the way of the traditional special counter sales. It plans to set up a showroom along Huaihai Road where residents can test the cosmetics for free.
