Chinese wind power equipment industry realized its first overseas acquisition
Recently, Zhongfu Lianzhong Composites Co.Ltd. located in Lianyungang Development Zone signed a formal agreement in Beijing for the acquisition of NOI Rotortechnik GmbH, a large wind mill blade manufacturer in Germany. The acquisition by Zhongfu Lianzhong of a large Germany wind mill manufacturer is unprecedented in the history of China's wind mill equipment development.It is said that NOI was Germany's second largest wind mill blade manufacturer and owns manufacturing technologies and experience of serial blades and advanced material property testing labs.
