Peace Mark Expects to Establish Five New Joint Ventures in China This Year
Hong Kong’s watch manufacturer and retailer Peach Mark Holdings (Limited) will establish five new joint ventures in China by the end of the year. It also plans to open up to 100 special counters and brand discount shops in China by March 2008.Managing Director Liang Rong said on January 4 that by the end of 2007, the company will form two new joint ventures with enterprises of the West and up to 3 joint ventures with local enterprises. Business scope of joint ventures with Western companies will cover top tier cities like Shanghai and Beijing. All the five joint ventures are positioned for retail business of luxuries.
