Starting January 2007, four museums in Xi'an, capital of central China's Shaanxi province, will charge visitors different entrance fees during peak and low seasons. Xinhua News Agency reported Thursday the new pricing policy will be trial-adopted for one year at the Banpo Museum, Famen Temple Museum, Shaanxi History Museum and Museum of Stele Forest in Xi'an. The new policy determines the peak tourism season lasts from March to November. The rest of the months are regarded as the low season.
