World Biggest Logistics and Real Estate Merchant Settled in Bonded Area of Tianjin
American Prologis—the world biggest developer and service provider of logistics storage facilities invested USD30m in Aviation Port Processing Area of the Bonded Area to establish a logistics center. It has recently signed a land contract and held a ceremony for issuance of business license.To seize the development and opening opportunity of the new coastal area of Tianjin, Prologis Company increased their investment with the support of policy function and geological strength in the bonded area of Tianjin, which is regarded as its development base in North China. The Prologis Airport Logistics Center covers land of 120,000㎡ and will be a regional and urban distribution center for Prologis in Tianjin.
