German Bayer AG Will Add EUR80m Investment in China and India
German Frankfurt Allgemeine Zeitung recently reported that Bayer AG would add EUR80m investment in China and India to establish its own production network system in Asia so that it can directly provide swift and flexible technical services to local clients. This company established a scheduling and distribution plant in Shanghai in 2005 and it plans to add several more in China and India and also to set up an R&D center to provide services for Asian and Chinese customers. The Chinese distribution plant and mix color center will be put into operation in the first half of 2008 and by the end of 2008 the same solution will be used as investment plan in New Delhi, India.
