Hilton Group Will Open More Than 20 Garden Hotels in Huaxin
Hilton Group announced on the 11th that it officially cooperated with RREEF directly under the real estate and infrastructure management business of Deutsche Bank, and H&Q Asia Pacific, the private equity fund investment and management company for joint introduction of over 20 garden hotels specializing in services in China for the first time. According to the memo signed by the three parties, RREEF and H&Q Asia Pacific would jointly take over, develop and rebuild around 5000 brand new hotel rooms for creation of Hilton garden hotels. Hilton Group was going to provide professional supports on site selection, development, training, operation and brand management and marketing.
