First Domestic Wholly Foreign-owned Power Plant LNG Started Construction in Xiang’an, Xiamen
Recently, the first phase of East Xiamen Gas held an opening ceremony of construction at Aotou Village of Xindian Town in Xiangan District. It was known that this project was the first domestic gas power plant project wholly developed and established by foreign investment. It’s significant in creating a new energy channel for Fujian Province and helping it join in the international energy competition. The first phase will build two units, which will be launched in 2008 and 2009 respectively, with total investment of RMB2.67b.
